Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
To cancel an order, email us at refunds@nekocode.in with a screenshot of the payment showing the transaction ID, the amount paid and the time of purchase.
Requests after 24 hours are eligible for partial refunds.

Full refunds are available for cancellations made within 24 hours.
Proof of purchase is required (invoice or payment screenshot with timestamp and transaction ID).
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Fake or edited payment screenshots will void the refund request.
Refunds typically reflect in 10–12 business days. Check refund status at Razorpay Tracker.

We ensure timely delivery of orders as per the selected method.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Express shipping incurs extra charges. Standard shipping is free.

Customers receive email updates when the order is fulfilled and ready for handover.
