Partially functional product → 30%-50% refund
Customer-side misconfiguration → No refund
C. Cancellation After Work Has Started
Less than 25% work done → 75% refund
25%-30% work done → 50% refund
30%-45% work done → 30% refund
More than 45% work done → No refund
D. Order Delivered But Not As Described
Major feature missing → 40%-60% refund
Not meeting agreed requirements → 50%-70% refund
Minor modifications needed → No refund, free fixes provided
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Fully delivered and used service
Refund request after 7 days of order completion
