Partial Refund Policy & Refund Amount Calculation

Overview
At Neko Code, partial refunds are issued under specific conditions. The refund amount is determined based on the service progress, issue severity, and the nature of the product/service ordered.
1. Partial Refund Scenarios & Amounts
A. Incomplete Service Delivery
- Less than 30% completed → 80% refund
- 30% – 60% completed → 50% – 70% refund
- More than 60% completed → No refund
B. Technical Issues in Digital Products
- Completely unusable → Full refund
- Partially functional → 30% – 50% refund
- Customer-side misconfiguration → No refund
C. Cancellation After Work Has Started
- Less than 25% done → 75% refund
- 25% – 30% done → 50% refund
- 30% – 45% done → 30% refund
- More than 45% done → No refund
D. Order Delivered But Not As Described
- Major feature missing → 40% – 60% refund
- Doesn’t meet agreed requirements → 50% – 70% refund
- Minor changes required → No refund, but free fixes provided
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- Service fully delivered or used
- Refund request made after 7 days of delivery
- Issues caused by third-party tools or customer-side errors
- Violation of our Terms of Service (e.g. misuse, illegal intent)
3. Requesting a Partial Refund
To request a partial refund:
- Email refunds@nekocode.in with your Order ID and reason
- Include clear evidence (screenshots, payment proof, issue description)
- Our team will review the case within 1–2 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
